Enterprising Barista
Practice | Experiment | Deliver
Enterprising Barista Training at Nepal School of Entrepreneurship ensures that the students gain a fully comprehensive understanding of coffee and that they can use their espresso machine and other essential items of equipment to deliver excellent coffee drinks. This course will impart all the practical tips, tricks and techniques that you will need to brew the perfect espresso and whip up the perfect coffee drink for guests.
Methodology
70 percent of our ENTERPRISING BARISTA course is based on practical: Learning by Doing approach. The training is conducted in a real full ledged run Social Cafe based in Gairidhara Kathmandu.
Duration : 15 days
Learning Hours : Two (2) hours per day, Monday to Friday
Total Theory : 30 hours
Total Practical : 30 hours
Job Internship Training : 30 – 60 Days (depending upon candidate interest)

· Free practical service course within the training period in a full-fledged run Social Cafe situated in Gairidhara Kathmandu.
· Site visit to coffee roasting plant and coffee farming.

· Academic and professional counselling for abroad (Europe).
· Scholarship and further training possibility in Thailand.

Graduation Day
After the completion of the course there will be a small graduation ceremony where students will receive a certified barista certificate, diploma supplement and a letter of recommendations.

Commercial Cook/Baking
This course is accredited by The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and curriculum has been developed with a purpose of preparing technical workforce in the field of commercial cooking to foster employment in the particular sector. The technical
skills incorporated in this curriculum come from the experts who have already worked in the field of continental cooking. Its contents are organized in the form of modules. So it is a tailor made curriculum to be implemented in a modular form. It is a competency based curriculum too.
It is also designed to produce basic/entry level technical workforce in the field of cooking equipped with skills, knowledge and attitudes related to commercial cooking/baking in order to meet the demand of such workforce in this field so as to contribute in the sustainable
development in Nepal.
This course emphasises on practical learning. In hospitality, the industry exposure plays crucial importance which is why Nepal School of Entrepreneurship provides Internship/ Job placement both nationally and internationally.We encourage students and practitioner with diverse
backgrounds and a genuine motivation in expanding their knowledge and skill to apply for admission into all courses.

General Cook
This course is accredited by The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and curriculum has been developed to deliver learning which enable individual to become general cook. General cook course emphasises on practical
learning. In hospitality, the industry exposure plays crucial importance which is why
Nepal School of Entrepreneurship provides Internship/ Job placement both nationally and
internationally.
We encourage students with diverse backgrounds and a genuine interest and motivation
in expanding their knowledge and skill to apply for admission into all courses.
Total Hours: 390 Hours
Practical: 315 Hours
Theory: 75 Hours
Duration of Course: 6 months/ 3 months
Waiter/ Waitressing
This course is accredited by The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training
(CTEVT) and curriculum has been designed to ensure that it cover all areas the restaurant service
for individuals to become the best waiter possible. This course equipped students to make their
culinary dream come true and empower individuals with the knowledge they need to create an
exceptional Guest experience during service.
We encourage students with diverse backgrounds and a genuine interest and motivation in
expanding their knowledge and skill to apply for admission into all courses. Nepal School of
Entrepreneurship believes in sharpening practical knowledge hence Internship/Job placement
will be provided to students both nationally and internationally.
